US Visa Application Requirements

Please complete the attached forms and email them to me along with the following documents:

1. Copy of Passport – Picture page only.
2. Copy of US Visa – Required if you are renewing your visa.
3. Employment Letter – Must include start date (DD/MM/YYYY) and salary. If applying for a student visa or retired person visa, a bank reference is required instead.
4. Valid Work Permit (Non-Caymanians) – Or proof of Caymanian residence/status.
5. Photograph for US Visa Application – A digital copy must be emailed to Travel Pros. You should also receive an original photograph to accompany the paper application.
6. Visa & Administration Fee – KYD 315.00.
7. Courier Service (DHL) – The applicant must arrange document delivery directly with DHL.
